Every 1-2 months, we gather in Halyburton Park, Wilmington, NC to sit beneath the trees and gather together. The event is a free community offering. Donations are always welcome.

A group version of Conscious Journaling sessions! We will gather at the whimsical Lucid Lounge in Wilmington, NC. 

The event will begin with a grounding meditation, followed by an opportunity for independent journaling. 

Suggested Donation: $22

No one will be turned away due to funds

When: Thursday October 8th at 7-9pm ET

What to bring: a pen or two, your journal, and a blanket to make you feel cozy

After the event you are welcome to stick around and complete some independent journaling if you feel so called to!
